We're an intentional living community, a co-op, and a communal home filled with people from across the country and around the world.

A Week in the Life 🗓️
Life at McMansion
Life at McMansion has a comfortable rhythm. While every week is different, you can always count on our family dinner.
It's an expected (but not required) weekly gathering where we all pitch in to cook and share a meal. This is our core time to catch up, laugh, and reconnect.
It's often paired with our family meeting, where we handle house business.
Beyond that, you'll find housemates gardening, hosting movie nights, or just hanging out in the common areas. It's a balance of social connection and personal time.

Here's what you need to know about living at McMansion
Rent & Community Fees
The current total is $1300/month. This covers your rent and community fees. We can provide a detailed breakdown when you chat with us!
Chores
We keep the house running smoothly with a volunteer-based chore system. Everyone pitches in where they see a need, fostering a sense of shared ownership and responsibility.
Food
We share our food and purchase them using house funds from the community fees. Personally bought items must be labelled NGC (not for general consumption).
Rooms & Space
The house has 4 rooms with a shared status, meaning you'll likely have a roommate. We can give you a full tour!
Parking & Guests
We have available car parking. Guests are always welcome! We just ask that you communicate with the house beforehand so everyone is in the loop.
